Lose Weight Eat Fat

Several new studies are linking refined carbohydrates to weight gain and cardiovascular disease. AND saturated fat is looking better. They are finding no associaton between saturated fat and heart disease. Even better, one study showed that subjects on low carb diet eating the most saturated fat lost twice as much weight as a low fat eating group. The actual studies are in March issue of American Journal of Clinical Nuturition and a study by Meir Stampfer in New England Journal of Medicine. Who would have guessed how the nutrition advice keeps changing.
